Where does David’s Perfume ship?

We ship globally, with the exception of war-zone territories and North Korea.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Yes, provided your order has not been processed. Please email us at support@davidsperfume.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP. We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.

Can I still change the shipping address if my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you if the order has already been shipped. You will need to contact the shipping service directly and reroute your package using the tracking number provided. 

How long does shipping take?

Kindly note, some orders may experience a delay out of our control due to COVID-19. Regular shipping times are listed below; we are doing our best to maintain them and do not anticipate any severe delays. That said, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: Customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers, from UPS/DHL/FedEx to international mail carriers. Customers with non-contiguous US addresses (APO/FPO, Guam, Hawaii) may also take longer to deliver.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the day they are received (M-F). Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How do I track my package?

Use the tracking number, which you’ll receive in a confirmation email, to track your package.

I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact us at support@davidsperfume.com, if you have not received your confirmation email 24 hours after the time of your purchase.

I am an international customer; do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. We have an option to pay those fees at checkout, but you may also select to option to pay at the time of delivery.

Are David’s Perfume products sold at any other retailers?

No. David’s Perfume products are sold exclusively here.

Is there a limit to how much I can buy?

Some items may have limits, due to the exclusivity of our products.

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

Holding items in your cart does NOT reserve them. Product availability is extremely limited and may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are processed in the order they are received.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. We do not test on animals and we do not use animal-derived products. Our products are cruelty-free. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All sales are considered FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged, please contact us at support@davidsperfume.com immediately for assistance. Be sure to include the original order confirmation number and what item you expected to receive in order to help expedite the resolution process.

How can I reach your Customer Service team and when should I expect a response?

For customer service inquiries, please contact us at support@davidsperfume.com. Our Customer Service team is available M-F 9am - 5pm PST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please only send one email, sending more place you at the end of the queue.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. 

PRE-ORDERS 

How do Pre-Orders work?

Your payment will be processed when you pre-order an item. As soon as the product gets to our warehouse, we’ll ship it to you. You’ll then receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
